1. Educators may choose poems from the prescribed list, or from the suggested list.

2. Divide the class into groups. 

i) Each group is given a poem with which to work.

ii) A summary/discussion of the poem may be given to assist learners. 

iii) Each group is to analyse its poem and prepare questions. 

iv) Groups are to swop questions half way into the lesson.

v) Each group then attempts to answer the questions.

vi) Poems will be reviewed in class in LESSON 27
