Literary Essay Final Due. Refer to LESSON 25.

1.Educators may choose  poems from the prescribed list, or may choose from the suggested list:

i) The Man by Seitlhamo Motsapi

ii) Freetown by Ogaga Ifowodo

iii) You Cannot Know the Fears I Have by Shabbir Banoobhai

iv) An Abandoned Bundle  by Oswald Mbuyiseni Mtshali

2. Divide the class into groups. 

i) Each group is given a poem to work with.

ii) A summary/discussion of the poem may be given to assist learners. 

iii) Each group to analyse their poem and prepare questions. 

iv) Half way into the lesson, the groups swop questions.

v) Each group then attempts to answer the questions.

vi) Poems will be reviewed in class in LESSON 44.
